Dr. Cathrine Konopatsch is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law at UniDistance Suisse. She received her doctorate on the topic ‘The Law and Practice of Austrian Antitrust Enforcement - A Critical Analysis in the Light of National and European Competition Law Dogmatics and Policy’ from the University of Graz, Austria, and at the University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria, she completed a postgraduate degree in European Law.
